  Not enough car parking for number of shops. Recent development has seen number of car parking spaces dramatically reduced and the number of car parking spaces are now inadequate for the number of retailers on the site. In addition the car park layout is confusing and doesn't seem to comply with regular road layouts. This now means there are severe traffic jams for the limitedparking spaces. If any of the retailers have a sale on this now means traffic is now backed up onto M6 north and south slip roads off the motorway. A once good retail park that now has more shops and food outlets but nowhere to park, bad pedestrian layout and no bus services available within about 1/2 mile. Better retail parks elsewhere with available parking and better public transport links. Deserves 0 stars but 1 is the minimum amount.
